Math

Investigations in Number, Data, and Space is designed to engage students in making sense of mathematical ideas.  Six major goals guided the development of this curriculum.  It is designed to support students to make sense of mathematics and learn that they can be mathematical thinkers. Students focus on computational fluency of addition combinations through 10 + 10. The curriculum provides substantive work in important areas of mathematics and connections among them and emphasizes reasoning about mathematical ideas.
